Rent Payments

Rent payments are accepted at Laing + Simmons as follows:

• Personal Cheque

• Money Order

• Bank Cheque

• Laing+Simmons E-Pay

CASH IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF PAYMENT

Personal Cheques / Money Orders / Bank Cheques

Personal cheques, money orders or bank cheques can either be delivered to our office or mailed to us. If you choose to mail your rent to us, please ensure that you write the address of the rented premises on the back of the cheque.

Laing+Simmons E-Pay

Laing+Simmons E-Pay provides you with the option to pay your rent over the phone, through the internet or by automated periodical payment.

E-Pay is independently owned and operated by Cosmos Commerce Pty Ltd. Cosmos is Australia’s largest provider of rent card solutions to the real estate industry.

Please contact our office to obtain a Tenant Registration Form

To go ahead with the E-Pay method:

• Complete the Tenant Registration Form and return it to us

• We will issue you with your E-Pay card by return mail and forward your Tenant Registration form to E-Pay on your behalf

• Rent payments will take approximately 5 working days to process

• All further communications will be between yourself and E-Pay
